Questions
When Should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by August 31, 2026 so we can finalize seating, catering, and transportation.
Can I bring a plus one? Can I bring my children?
Please reference your invitation, all guests who are invited were addressed.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before the ceremony begins, arriving around 3:45 pm would be perfect.
Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?
Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and after-party concert will all take place at Stevens Estate.
Is the Wedding indoors or outdoors?
The wedding will be outdoors. Guests will also have access to the first floor of the Estate throughout the evening, and we encourage everyone to explore the beautiful grounds!
What happens if it rains?
It won’t! But if it does, we will take full advantage of the tent and estate to keep the celebration going.
Is there an open bar?
Yes there is! Beer, wine, liquor, and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided throughout the evening.
Is parking available?
Yes! Parking is available at Stevens Estate.
Will transportation be provided?
Complimentary transportation will be available between the Double Tree, Courtyard Marriott, and Stevens Estate.
When will the buses to the hotel be running?
Your bus will arrive at the Double Tree at 2:30 pm and will depart at 3:00 pm. You will then arrive at the Courtyard Marriott to pick up any additional guests.
Your bus will leave Stevens Estate for the final departure at 11:15 pm. The bus will be available throughout the evening if you would like to return to the hotel earlier.`
Is there a hotel block?

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?
Absolutely. Please indicate any dietary restrictions when RSVPing.
Will there be a vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free option?
Yes! Again, please indicate any dietary restrictions when RSVPing.
What is the dress code?

Are there any events besides the wedding?
We will be spending the Saturday before the wedding at Kimball Farm (400 Littleton Rd, Westford MA) from 1:00-4:00pm. All guests are encouraged to stop by, grab some food, play mini golf, or simply spend some time with Andy & Syd before the big day.
What time does the reception end?
The reception ends at 10pm, BUT the celebration doesn’t stop there! From 10:00-11:00pm, our favorite musician, Schur, will be performing a private concert for all of our guests at Stevens Estate. Check out his set list when reviewing our Series of Events.
